This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Delta County Court Docket is privately operated. It cannot retrieve official files, alter a court setting, seal or remove a record, certify a copy, or provide legal advice. Contact the responsible clerk or trial court for those services.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route each Delta County request according to the record and court level:
- County misdemeanor, county civil, or probate: ask for the county-clerk function within the Delta County/District Clerk office.
- Felony, district civil, divorce, or family: ask for the district-clerk function within the same office.
- Docket sheet or filed document: state the court, cause number, date range, and exact record requested.
- Court date: check the proper official docket source, then confirm any current setting directly with the clerk or court.
- Certified copy: tell the clerk that certification is required and request the current fee and delivery terms.
The main county and district records counter is the Delta County/District Clerk, 200 W. Dallas Avenue, Cooper, TX 75432. Call 903-395-4400 or use fax 903-395-2178 after confirming that the office accepts the request and payment by fax.
Do not treat one posted schedule as universal courthouse hours. The probate page verifies submission hours of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Justice Court separately lists Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at 903-395-4400 extension 9306. Call the relevant function before traveling, especially for inspection, copies, or payment arrangements.
